Return Policy

We offer 14 days warranty on our products after you purchesed your item from our website. The item can be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty.The refund do not include the shipping fee.

If the product was damage because of heavy thing press during the transport process , you can contact with Express Shipping Company. The Express shipping Company will be responsible for this case and charge for the compensation.In order to avoid unnecessary costs on both sides please contact with us before return the item.

If you do not receive your package within 45 days after we clear your payment,we will redelivery your item again for free or refund the money back to you,as depends on your decision.However,if you want money back to you, we will charge you with 5% total fee which will be charged by Bank;In addition,we will not also refund the shipping cost any longer.
